System performing below expectations

Hello!

I just used userbenchmark's test to do a check on my hardware. The results showed that my system was performing below expectations. I have had this system for around 4 months now. If I post the test results, I hope someone one here will recommend some steps so that it will perform closer to the expectations. Please do help me!

Is there anything I can do about the turbo boost?

Can you recommend a program to measure CPU temp?

I have litterally not touched my build, at all. I only have made sure all of my drivers were up to date.

I'm in the process of checking if my bios is up to date, I haven't checked.

I was in the process of updating my bios, but something went horribly wrong. I am pretty sure my system is completely bricked, first it wanted me to install windows again, but said that it failed. No I completely cannot leave bios settings. Would you mind if I private message when I have taken it by some repair shop, so that we can look further into the original issue?
