Hi I am going to build a PC for myself and I have the pecies already...I have 2 separate radiators one for CPU 240mm and another for GPU 120mm and was wondering if one radiator should be pulling air in from the front as another one expellees through the top? Or where should I place them at, in my full ATX case?

Solution
If you pull in air trough the rads, the CPU and GPU temperatures will be lower while the rest of components like NB and vrm will be higher.
If you push air through the rads, then you will have slightly higher temps for CPU and GPU while case is cooler.
Remember you should have front, bottom and side intakes. Exhaust should be top and back. You want it to be directly getting or pushing air through the outside, not through a hard drive cage. Also you want fans not fighting for air or all pushing inside to make sure there are no dead spaces.

pull means to be at intake
Push means to be at exhaust.
