Okay, so I restarted my pc because there were things running in my background (they're gone now) and then I got this message that said that my PC posted into safe mode. I pressed F1 and it was just a black screen. My motherboard is an ASUS H110 Plus. I held the power button and the message went away, but I later did this again and the same message popped up and it was a black screen. Do I need to flash bios? And will a BIOS flash wipe my storage?

A BIOS flash will not wipe your storage, try flashing it but before you do ensure your windows drive is listed correctly in the boot priority. Sometimes it will boot into safe mode to repair and then next boot should be normal.

You need to press DEL or F2 to enter BIOS when your computer is booting (at that screen), once in there you should open Advanced Mode > Tools > FlASH bios (may be called Flash Utility), open that and select via Internet.
