Question System powering on, but peripherals not turning on - debug lights flashing

Hi, i’ve been having an issue recently with startup on my pc. It will light up and fans will spin, showing all signs of power, but no peripherals will connect, my wired keyboard and mouse dont light up or work, and my monitor says no signal.

The debug light on my Msi z490 motherboard flashes CPU very quickly, then moves onto DRAM, for a longer period. I think it could be faulty RAM because it seems to be telling me there’s an issue with the CPU connecting with the RAM, and i have experienced issues in the past. I don’t believe it could be an issue with the CPU itself as there have been no issues in the past.

Now i have ordered new RAM on amazon to test if it solves the problem, though i’m still not sure what’s causing this fault.

If you have any ideas towards this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊

Specs:

Intel i5 10600K

Msi Z490 Motherboard

16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

Gigabyte RTX 2060 GPU

Crucial 2Tb SSD

Corsair Power Supply

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

= = = =

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

Use a bright flashlight to inspect for signs of damages.

i have now updated with my specs, i will also check my computer like you said for any visible issues.

Noted the updates.

However more needs to be known with respect to the PSU:

"Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?"
I think the PSU is a Corsair RME series 750W. I bought it new back in 2021 along with the other parts.
