PSU: Corsair CX 600
Memory: 16GB Crucial Ballistic
CPU: Intel 4690K
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 250GB
Graphics: AMD 5770

DVD: TSSTCorp TS-H653F
PCI: AHCI Controller for eSata port to external 2TB Fantom drive

Fairly new built system (1 month).

System just powers down. Have to wait awhile for it to come back up. My guess would be overheating.

I am not OC anything using stock Intel CPU fan.

How can I diagnose what the problem might be?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

You can use CPUID hardware monitor. It is not highly accurate but it will let you know if it is an overheating problem.
I have not checked into if it as an output log though.

As far as psu goes, since it is an intermittent failure issue then yeah you would have to swap the power supply to test.
Hmmm OK. All 4 sides are clicked in and fan is spinning. Power supply. Anyway to confirm that other than trying another one?

I was searching for something that'd monitor cpu and M/B temp and record it so I can look at log and see where the problem might be.
