System Process: (null) - High CPU

Hey everybody. Recently, my CPU has been eaten up by at least half every single time I start my pc up by a blank system process, and every single time I try to end it, it says I have to shut my PC down if I end system process (null) because it makes Windows "unstable". I did go to the file location of the blank system process and it brought me to "svchost.exe", which is located in C:\Windows\SysWOW64. I have tried to run the program (mostly out of despiration) and it has done little to none to fix my problem. I have been running mostly all of my games at less than half the fps that they usually should be, and it is making games like The Witcher 3, Battlefield 1, and Need for Speed (2015) almost unplayable. Someone please help me! Thanks!

(Also, I have an AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (4.00 GHz), an MSI 990FXA Motherboard, a GeForce GTX 1060 x 3gb graphics card, and 16 gb of RAM.
Hope this helps.)

Solution
Windows 10, huh? make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your motherboard. Make sure you've got no malware by running Malwarebytes and lastly try a repair install and see if that alleviates the issue.

It's actually a Windows 8.1; I always keep my BIOS settings up to date. Not only do I make sure with Driver Booster 5, but I check manually as well, and as of now, they are up to date. I'm at school right now, but I'll run Malwarebytes when I get back home.
