So I tried everything I could -

-Disabling search, superfetch, cortana, telemetry etc in services

-storahci.sys firmware bug

-Used shut up 10 to disable every single thing

-Turned off defrag

-Reinstalled Windows 10 about 6 times

-Updating drivers

-Checked HDD for errors - none found because it's only 4 months old

-Updating Windows, reverting updates

-Disabling "show tips" in notifications

-Checked for malware with malwarebytes, 360 Total, Windows Defender

-Disabling Windows Defender

-Resetting Windows 10

-Changing virtual memory

The thing is, Windows 7 doesn't have this problem on the same PC. Please Help.

Hello rahulellath

Sometime the incompatible, most updated, or obsolete drivers, especially the graphics driver, cause trouble. Can you please go to Device Manager and see if the graphics driver is updated? If it is, please try rolling it back and see if this fixes the problem.

Also please ensure that the graphics driver you're installing was obtained from the vendor's official site, and not from any third-party, unreliable source.

Feel free to report back for any further assistance.

Cheers!!
