Hello guys. I have an issue with the system I am currently using. Mostly I use the system to study and sometimes play some games. Lately I experienced some random restarts or even shutdowns. That was some time ago. I thought it might be the OS, i reinstalled it and it worked . But for two days now, the story repeats, random restarts and shutdowns, sometimes it gets past the boot screen, sometimes it doesn't, it can restart on the login screen, or when I open a program or whatever, totally random. Right now I am writing this message from the system in cause. The system is pretty old, it was built like, 5 years ago.

System
CPU :AMD A8-5600K, 3800 MHz
MB : ASRock FM2A55M-DGS
RAM : 2 x Kingston HyperX KHX1600C9D3/4GX
Storage : SanDisk SDSSDHII240G
GPU:Gigabyte Radeon R7 260X
PSU:Segotep SG-500A
Diagnostics performed:
First of all I cleaned the dust and reapplied the thermal paste on the CPU.
-Eliminated every component and ran the system with the bare minimum, on board GPU, one stick of ram at a time.
-Fresh installed OS, same issue.

What I noticed is that the CPU temperatures are way off. The minimum temperature shown is around 0-3 degrees Celsius and a max of 13-14-15 totally random. I tried with many programs , same issue. I have a CPU indicator in BIOS , seems more reliable, around 40-45 , 50 maybe. Anyway, I doubt that my issue is due to high temperatures , since sometimes it restarts EVEN after 10 seconds. Anyway those readings are totally weird.
I can game without issue, in fact, I don’t know if it ever restarted while gamming! But right this morning? It restarted like 3 times and shutdown once, before I can go here on this page to write this.
My guess is the PSU. What is your opinion guys? Thank you very much!
