Question System randomly restarts

My system randomly restarts(especially while playing Games)
I recently upgraded my system, updated OS/drivers/bios and tried any means possible but its not resolving.
My system rig
CPU : AMD Ryzen 2600X
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060
Motherboard : MSI B40 Tomahawk
SSD : Samsung QVO 1TB
HDD : WD 1TB+ WD 2TB
PSU : Corsair 550 watts
Ram : Corsair 16gb RGB
Cooler : Corsair 120L RGB
Also my system has 6 fans including the cooler.
Also let me know if my 550 watt PSU is sufficient for above rig.

Check the Windows event viewer log to see there is any error or not.

If you did upgrade the GPU recently, and didn't use the DDU to uninstall the old GPU driver, then try to use the DDU, then reinstall the newer GPU from nvidia site.

Then test the RAM to see they are OK or not with MemTest86 https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

Also even you ahd 6 fans+ AIO cooler, but monitor the GPU and the cpu temp when you play the games.

Hi cin19, thank you for your response, but I checked Windows event viewer but no luck over there, also for drivers I have completely reinstalled my OS and I also ran MemTest86 there were no errors there as well.

Hi,
I just checked the motherboard support page and found my RAM is not listed in the compatibility list, that is why may be I am facing this random restart issue .
My Ram model is Corsair 16GB DDR4 3000MHz RGB CMW16GX4M1D3000C16.
It was mentioned that it supports AMD 400 Series motherboards so I purchased it, is there any way I can fix this issue or I need to purchase a new RAM compatible with my motherboard

I replaced my Corsair 16GB DDR4 with Hyper X which was listed in the compatible RAM list for the motherboard, still I am able to see random restarts.

Someone please help resolve it.
