System reboot after 10s no display

Did a whole build last night and everything turns on, meaning the fans and lights and the gpu and cpu and all that crap. 10s after power on it all stops then turns back on again. All the while there is no display, no beeps, no nothing.

I had this problem the other day, turns out one of my sticks of ram was not slotted in properly. I would give your ram a check and if not then reseat your cpu.
