System rebooting endlessly (occasional Gigabyte Dual Bios splash)

I recently purchased an MSI RX 580 4GB video card to put into an old desktop I'm not using anymore(yeah yeah...) I don't recall the exact board specs, but it's a Gigabyte 1155 microATX motherboard. It is running on Windows 10 Pro and has an i7-3770k , 32GB memory , Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD , Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM HD & a Corsair CX750 PSU.

I did have it up and running here & there the past few weeks with an EVGA GTX 760 video card in it. Was running the whole time with that video card, no problem.

Once I got the RX 580 in the mail, I removed the 760 & installed it. It booted up just fine and did a clean install of the latest drivers. Had the PC running for a few hours just playing some TV shows(did not try a game yet). Anyway... I shut down the PC yesterday & went to bed. Tried turning it on today, and now it's not working.

It turns on & off several times(no image on screen), then all of a sudden it will display a blue screen that says "Gigabyte Dual Bios' at the top for a few seconds, then continues to go off & on by itself.... If I leave it alone, it'll do this endlessly and occasionally shows that Gigabyte screen. Unfortunately, I've been at work all day so haven't really had much of a chance to do anything yet. The other issue is that I do not have that 760 card anymore(it's been recycled) and there's no on board video.

Since I'm not home much & don't have much free time, I figured I'd ask here in case anyone knows what the problem is... rather then waste time tinkering around.

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

Tried another video card, reset CMOS battery & started re-seating components. Wasn't until I took out all 4 memory sticks and installed 1, that it then booted normally. Afterwards put the rest back in & it's still working fine. Ran MemTest and all memory sticks passed. Whatever happened, it's ok again.

Well, I ended up pulling the CMOS battery & then started re-seating components. It wasn't until I had 1 memory stick installed that it then booted normally. I then put all 4 sticks back in and everything is working fine again. Ran Memtest & all 4 sticks passed fine.

Very odd ....
Do you know whether or not there was a brownout or blackout while you were sleeping? Or perhaps a power surge? Do you have a surge protector and do you know if it's working properly?

Sounds like the problem might be the motherboard. Usually a motherboard will turn on, then turn off if there was some sort of electrical issue listed above, or it might not even turn on at all.

Also check your PSU by getting a tester, plugging in the connectors, and reading the numbers.
