[SOLVED] System reboots at a particular cutscene

My system specs:-
Motherboard:- MSI gaming carbon b450 gaming pro carbon AC
CPU:- Ryzen 5 3600
CPU cooler:- Deepcool gamaxx GTE
RAM:- Coarsair vengence 8x2 3000 MHz
GPU:- Asus Strix vega 56 OC
PSU:- Coasrsair VS650

My system keeps rebooting at a very particular point in a cut scene when I play RISE OF THE TOMB RAIDER in FHD. If I lower the resolution down keeping everything else at default, it goes past the cut scene but eventually the system reboots at a random point in the game. It's either the fact that my CPU is not getting enough power(My board requires my CPU to have 8+4 pin EPS whereas my PSU only has one 8 pin EPS) or my GPU is drawing all the power from my 4 year old VS650(yes, I reused my VS650 from my previous build as per all the forums and threads the VEGA 56 down require a lot of power but a 650 watt should almost be sufficient). What could the problem be?

P.S. This is also my first PC build so any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You don't really need a 750w, but if you wanted a good one that will last you 7-10 years, then something like this:

I...
For me it's your PSU. The VS units are not good. I certainly wouldn't trust a VS unit in a PC that I'm OC'ing.

Random restarts like that at load, nearly always point to PSU

Not many on Tom's will recommend a VS unit unless it's one of the following caveats: Your on a budget, its the only one available in your area, or are re-using it. Otherwise for a decent system most would advice on a quality Gold unit, like EVGA G2/G3, Seasonic Focus Plus, Corsair RMx models.

That's what I think and yes I actually am reusing it from my older build so it's about 4 years old. I just want to be certain that it's the PSU before I get a new one. Is there anyway that I can measure total power draw at load?

I think I am just going to go for a new PSU. My mobo has an 8+4 pin EPS. Also, I probably should get at least a 750 watt PSU. Can you maybe recommend a good 750 watt PSU that has an 8+4 pin EPS connector?

I can't actually find the Seasonic 750w, but the it would be marginally cheaper than the 850w.
