[SOLVED] System recommendation for VO Talent and Rendering ?

Hello friends

I'm working as voice talent and video composer.

I want to set up a new system that will give optimum performance and run silently for use in programs such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition.

I am waiting for system recommendations for the following issues from my friends who are still working about voice editing or video editing

What I need;
1- Motherboard
2- Processor
3- Case

My budget;
-Between 1000-2000USD (my total budget is about 3000USD as I will make extra improvements to the studio environment for sound insulation)

-Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1070T

-RAM: 2x8(DDR3 800mhz) + 2x8 (DDR3 667mhz)
