System Recovery Options

I downloaded a game from the internet and now when i turn my computer on there is a window popping up on my welcome screen saying system recovery options restore and then choose recovery tool icluding: startup repair,system restore,system image recovery,windows memory diagnostic and command prompt..what should i do??it won't let me log in

Sounds to me you downloaded a game is you shouldn't have and got a virus or malware. Uninstall the game remove the download from your system then perform a virus and malware scan. If both of those don't solve the problem you'll need to look at manual ways to remove the infection.

Get into safe mode by pressing F8 at boot.
run msconfig in the run window
now go to the statup tab
Check to see what new addition was made to the list and see if it relates to the game/program you installed.
Uncheck the options if you find any.
Reboot.
See if the problem persists.

Then get back into safe mode boot menu and do a recovery to a last known good configuration, then get back to us.
