yes it has a pcie16 slot...so it will support...but i personally recommend u to go for 750ti instead of 650 or 750...its a beast of a card at tht level...

Your power supply and case also need to be able to run and fit the card. A motherboard is pretty much never an issue with video card support unless it's a very old motherboard or is a very small one and you are looking at a larger card that can hit against other components.

You need to list full system specs, but yes, you will likely have a bottleneck with a 750 Ti, and even a regular 750 depending on the game. The recommendation was not based on your system, just a general statement. You did not list any details about the computer, just the motherboard won't give you anything to go on.
