System repair disk error

So, I downloaded the system repair disk for Windows 10 to a usb. I booted my laptop from the usb and saw the window to either install windows 10 or repair the pc. When I clicked on repair my computer. The screen just went to a blue screen with no mouse. If I click any buttons, it goes back to the window and when I try to click repair my computer, the window just blinks. If I do nothing and wait around12 minutes, the screen just goes to a lighter blue. What do I do?

what are you trying to do? why are you booting off the repair disc?

where did you get the system repair disc from? The USB sounds like a windows installer to me, with those two options (did it have a screen before where it asks for language choices?)

Pc won't boot, it said it had an error and i needed a repair tool, anyways this question is answered thanks anyways
