First, sorry if wrong section - first time posting here.
My Windows 11 PC has been having an issue for the last few months where upon boot, I get stuck on the Windows splash screen with the loading circle, while my second monitor continuously makes a clicking noise (not sure if related). I then have to force shutdown ~3 times to get the Automatic system repair to run. Whats weird is once it is finished and it brings me to the Windows repair screen (? options for booting to safe mode, opening a CMD, formatting, etc.) and I typically select "Perform system repair." So again, I am brought to the Windows splash and it shows "Diagnosing your PC," and eventually I am back at the repair screen.
This loops infinitely until I select "Continue to Windows" on that repair options screen. It's like everything is fine and I am able to get into the OS only after I've done a System repair at least once.
Specs:
Windows 11 Pro
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
B450M Gaming Plus
32GB DDR4 RAM
1TB NVME SSD
RTX 3060
Troubleshooting done so far:
Unplugging from dock and only booting with one monitor connected.
Running typical clean up cmdlets (sfc, DISM) multiple times.
Booting with installation media and doing a scan from there.
Not sure where else to go with this? I haven't tried anything hardware related like re-seating RAM since I have 0 issues once I am in the OS after the obligatory System repair lol.
Thanks,
