System Reserved is your boot info. Absolutely needed.

It should NOT take up a drive letter, but you can remove that letter in Disk Management.

OK, so you have 2. 1 on Disk 0, and 1 on Disk 2.

For a test, disconnect Disk 2 and see if the system boots properly.
If it does, you can delete that partition on Disk 2 ("E" drive)
