[SOLVED] System Reserved on old HDD

I just put the hard drive from my parents' old Desktop that went ka-put into my computer and I've been deleting the old system files in an attempt to turn it into a secondary storage drive. However I noticed that the "SYSTEM RESERVED" on the old HDD is now a Volume and has assigned itself a letter (E). Would it be safe to delete this, or were these files added by my computer when I installed it? I just want to be cautious before I delete it, since it has a "Boot" folder inside of it and the computer still recognizes them as System Files (and has them hidden as such).

FYI, I don't intend to use this drive for system files, just mass storage.
