System Reserved Partition

Hey everyone I just reinstalled windows since I got a new SSD. I kept my old HDD attached and now I have 2. I was wondering if I can delete this partion in disk management?

just format the old windows drive(hdd) and u ll be gud...

No you cannot delete that partition. This is your boot info. Delete it, and no boot for you.

No. Or if you do you'll end up having to do a repair.
If you don't want windows to partition the drive for you and create a hidden system partition you need to partition it manually first.
Also don't install windows with other hard drives attached because it might put system files on them as well - it's a sneaky little installer that likes to squirrel files away.

windows is already there on a seperate drive...right???

OK...to prevent ANY confusion:

Power off
Disconnect the old HDD
Power up
Does it boot correctly?

Yup everything boots fine. This is what my computer looks like. I formatted my secondary drive.

Does this look normal? I have just never had 2 hard drives on a computer before,

Awesome, just never went into the Disk Management before. So didnt know what to expect to see and that System Reserve threw me off, thought I installed windows wrong lol

Bootloader partition (System reserved) - is on same drive where windows partition is located.
So everything is OK and installed correctly.

But no - you can't delete bootloader partition. Your windows will not boot anymore, if you do that.
