Question System resets When Booting From USB. How to Fix?

Hey Guys,

I have been having tons of problems getting my system to boot unraid or fedora from USB stick. When I try 5 seconds into booting the system just resets. I replaced the motherboard but it still happens. Here is a screen shot I was able to capture. See my specs below:

SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB - M.2 NVMe
MSI B550-A PRO ProSeries Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB (2x32GB) DDR4 3600(PC4-28800) C181.35V Desktop Memory - Black
4 X Seagate 6 TB 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ST6000NM0044
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core, 24-thread

I did and no memory errors.

Im starting to lean towards a bad CPU.
