system restarts continuously

I turn on the system. it is restarting continuously, processors fan spinning is also restarting, but when i tried removing ram processor fan spinning normally without restarting. i can't guss what the problem will be, can anyone suggest me what is the problem and how to solve it.

Try to start the PC with just mobo, 1 stick of ram, and CPU. Tell us what happens.

Could be the PSU if this is a Desktop. Power supplys can cause strange restarts like this all the time.
