system restored laptop , now it keeps coming up re install chrome when i click it

i system restored my laptop to an earlier date , and now it wont let me use chrome or any internet apps , it keeps coming up please install does anyone know how to fix this? as i cannot install anything cause i cannot get on the internet

When you do a system restore, it uninstalls the programs that you installed recently (it's purpose is to uninstall harmful programs like viruses and malware I think)

To install something without internet,
1. Download the chrome installer from a computer with internet
2. Put the installer into a flash drive/blank disk
3. Then on your computer open the flashdrive/disk and run the program
