Ryzen build specs:
asus b350 prime
gtx 1070
ryzen 1700
g skill 16gb ram
PC worked perfectly for over a year until I tried to turn it one one morning and it didnt boot. All fans spin and rgb lights up, no power is coming from the usb ports as keyboard/mouse do not light up when the pc is turned on. Suspected it was a fried mother board so replaced it however noting has changed after replacing the motherboard. gone through all the steps trying every piece of hardware individually and manual resetting bios. Thinking about ordering a ryzen 1600 cpu to see if the cpu is the problem. any recommendations on things to try, or what could be wrong?
