Hey ! My system runs at 20-30% on idle so I went to check on Process Explorer what exactly is causing it and found out it is ACPI.sys. Tried many solutions that I found on Google and none of it worked for me. The only way to calm that is to put the pc in standby mode and come back to stop the overconsumption of the CPU. Please help!

I had the same issue as well.
Updating Windows ,BIOS or the drivers did not help.
After multiple trial and error, I have found that Intel rapid storage technology app is causing the hike in CPU usage.
Though ACPI.sys is something seems to be related to Power setting, Uninstalling rapid storage technology helped to resolve the issue.
