Question System seems sluggish while gaming/streaming ?

My system seems sluggish when gaming/streaming and I wasn't sure if maybe my hardware was creating a bottleneck and that's maybe that's why?

Asus Rog Strix B450f
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Asus Rog Strix NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6 OC Edition
2 x 1TB S70 NVMe M.2 2280 SSDs
2 x 500gb SSDs

Is the graphics card what is causing the slow down or should I just build a dedicated streaming PC to go with my gaming PC? If it's the latter, what hardware would you recommend?

this all depends on the in-game settings being used and the video quality being processed and "streamed".

you are using low>mid range hardware for pretty heavy tasks.

should I just build a dedicated streaming PC to go with my gaming PC?

you will still have trouble processing hardware intensive games even just for play with decent in-game settings.

recording the gameplay for later upload puts even further stress on the system.
