Question System Service Exception BSOD

Bought a new gaming rig today (Aeon 3438 Gaming Tower Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb Intel i5-8400 6 Core/6 Thread 16 GB DDR4 RAM 240GB SSD 1TB HDD Windows 10 Home) and it BSOD’d on me with a system service exception error on the first day.

I had nothing downloaded but google, printer software, steam and an antivirus called Kaspersky Free. The antivirus was downloaded first. I was in the process of installing ARK: Survival Evolved and I was watching a video while it happened (although if it’s crashing due to this I’m very disappointed as I’ve had a shitty HD graphics laptop that downloaded ark while I was watching a whole series and even launched it)

Whenever I load the computer up it sends me to advanced options or the diagnostics page using F2 and I’ve tried to reset but the reset fails everytime. If I open it normally it’s just a black screen after boot with no cursor.

So, any ideas?

1st day... if i got bsod 1st day, I would take PC back and ask for another one, you shouldn't get any errors 1st day.

or at least contact them for support - https://www.aeonpctech.com/

but if you want to try to fix it, we could do a clean install since nothing is really installed yet
On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

follow this guide: https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/
