I tried to install a hotfix (x86) to Windows and error message said hotfix was not applicable to my PC. How do I fix it? (Using Windows 7 Pro 32-bit.)

Barring other information you don't fix it.

Not applicable means that your PC does not have whatever combination of hardware, software, and configuration that the hotfix is intended to fix.

May not necessarily even be an error situation per se. May be just performance or security related...
