System Settings Change

Your hardware settings have changed. Please reboot your computer for these changes to take effect. I get this message every time i turn on my pc (windows 7 amd proc/graph). I restarted it and always the same message appears. HELP.

What was the last thing you did before this started happening?

I installed and uninstalled a few disc burners, and changed a few torrents? Nothing with the hardware and device manager

Have the same problem.. While doing my things, from nowhere popped up a table with the name of AMD input devices drivers install and two options: install and don't install. clicked install, rebooted pc and got the same message: Your hardware setttings have changed. Please reboot your computer for these changes to take effect. Why Windows doesn't accept changes? ANYONE KNOW THE SOLUTION? maybe there is a way to do a system restore without data lose?
