If you have missing Icons in the system tray, it is most likely a timing issue in Startup of programs conflicting with one another. Or, .a program in your startup is corrupted in some way. In your case, since the error message doesn't specifically state which program, it's going to be a matter of narrowing down which one.

You need to perform a clean boot and see if the message goes away. If it does, you will need to add back, one at a time, each item in startup until you isolate the problem program, then uninstall it, reboot, reinstall. If the problem persists, you will need to contact the support department for the program and see if they can help.
