system shut down

sorry i have bad english but pls help me.

first my issues is my computer only shut down while playing game .i build this machine 1 year ago and i stop playing game 6months ago because this problem .my pc running fine when i watch movie,fb ,skype and etc.i just wanna find problem .i already undust and totally clean .i cannot play big game like the crew and watchdog .re-installed GPU driver .uninstall antivirus .i dont thik i have heat issues i already check temp.normal temp CPU 40c and GPU 40c ..when in game CPU 50c and GPU 56c.

i read other forum .they say disable one of audio driver in device manager .and change the power
management system cooling policy into passive just like in youtube say.and it still shut down ..

Try testing different power supply, if possible.

You have a tier 4 PSU "not to be used in gaming builds" your symptoms point to PSU and you have a really poor quality one.

You need to change it immediately before it goes pop and possibly damages the rest of your system
