Question System shuts down after selecting drive on bios

Whichever I select (on first image), PC shuts down and reboots into bios. ADATA SP550 is an SSD with the OS in it, Toshiba is an HDD, Kingston SA400 is an SSD and Kingston DTR30G2 is a bootable thumb drive with windows in it. i5 6500, Xfx rx480 gtr, Hyperx fury ddr4 8gb, gigabyte h110m ds2 and corsair vs450.

Last night I encountered a situation where a new mirror was not recognized upon boot. The BIOS selected the DVD and hung up there, because I had removed the rescue disk.

I disconnected every drive except the one I wanted to use for OS. I also entered BIOS and put that one drive in the front position.

I rebooted and it all works. I put the DVD drive into #2 position and it still works.

I think sometimes these systems need to be helped along by not giving them any choices till after you've established you have a sure thing in the boot procedure.

So in your situation I would disconnect every storage medium except your preferred boot drive, make sure it's working reliably, and then add other drives in. Hope that helps,
