Question System Slow in Seagate Barracuda Pro 6 TB

I am waiting 10-20 seconds on black screen when I start my computer. My old hard disk was opening my computer faster than this seagate harddisk. I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

Okay my system specs are:
Intel i7 4790
MSI Seahawk GTX 1080
16 GB Ram
I have 6 TB Seagate HDD besides I Have 1 TB and 2 TB Seagate HDD
Samsung 860 Pro SSD
Windows 10 Pro

The problem is I am waiting 10-20 seconds on black screen when I boot up my computer.. Then my another tries I also found when I went to BIOS menu I couldn't see my 6 TB HDD, I restarted and again i went to BIOS menu and I saw my 6 TB HDD.. I have interesting problem can you help me?

Also I inserted 6 TB HDD recently.. I had no problem before that.

Those photos are from HDTune so i can not see any problem here.

If you remove the 6TB drive, does the computer goes back to operate "normally" ?

Is ther other issues to the computer besides this?

When you have booted up Windows, can you read and save files to the disk normally ?
