[SOLVED] system sound not working when i tried installing gpu

after i tried installing new gpu dont know wht happened all of a sudden sound is not working.system does detects all the sound activites and sound drivers but i can't hear any sound.i can even set the volume but it there is literally no out puts from the speaker.i even tried pluging in my headphone to see if its the speaker problem but no their is literally no output at all.also tried reinstalling sound drivers didnt work.This all happened after i tried to install gpu and reset my bios as well really not sure what caused it.i really need help with this.

right click type sound try playing something off youtube just so you know there should be sound then in the in the choose output device drop down you probably have a few click on each one till you get sound coming out.
