Question System spams characters even when keyboard disconnected

Hi,
Forgive any weird formatting, I'm on mobile.
So, my system spams the characters -(hyphen), space (and probably some other keys like shift too).
The character spam continues even when I disconnect the keyboard.
I have tried,

• Re-installing keyboard drivers.
• Using a different keyboard
• Booting into safe mode
• Booting into Ubuntu( here it goes away after a while)

But still the spamming continues.
Any sort of help or suggestions are appreciated.


Edit: Uninstalling a certain "HID Keyboard Device" driver fixes the issue.

However, I have to manually uninstall that driver after every boot.

Any way I can automate this process, or stop Windows from using that specific driver on every boot.

wireless keyboard? check and remove all usb connection?
