Question System started acting up a little over a week ago.

I built this pc on Dec 20th 2019. Everything ran normal until about 10 days ago. Here is a part list. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hLmCDx
I stream to twitch, I recently had to limit in game frames to get a not drop frames in slobs. So I limited to 144hz but still will occasionally drop frames in slobs. I have tried every encoder and every bit rate from 2500-8000, 720p, 1080p, 30fps, 48fps, and 60fps, nothing helps. I mainly play Pubg in 1440p everything very low except textures set at high, it started artifacting and stuttering recently. Both of these problems started at the same time any ideas?

What might have changed?
Possibly malware or a virus?
Possibly windows pushed out a less than optimal driver update.

Is there possibly a heat issue?
Check that at idle, your cpu temperatures are in the range of 10-15c. over ambient.
Much higher and you could have a cooling issue.


Try using system restore to reset your pc back to a date when all was well.
