System starts and then turns off - 2 power supplies tried

System starts momentarily and then shuts off...repeats the sequence till pwoered off.

Have tried a second power supply.

ASUA Z871-Deluxe motherboard
i7-4770k

Have used two different powered cases:
Lian Li PC-q02 330w
EVGA Hadron

Same results

Have been through the troubleshooting lists

how about buying a quality psu instead of the one that come with the case?

The Hadron has a 500w gold rated psu...

What would you recommend?
