system startup problem ??

just got back my desktop after repair . now the pc shows trouble in starting some times it doesnt start and when it starts the system time goes back to dates like 2002/9/11 etc
so i have to change system time in bios in all startup
and windows 8 will not appear until i press F2 and load basic values .
in the bios the disks are not detected .but if i shut it down and try a restart then all is ok
pls get me a solution ASAP

mobo : asus p5g41mlx
cpu :intel pentium dual core
gpu :asus geforce gt210
ram :kingston 2gb ddr3
 
Solution
if your date and time are not staying set check and or replace the cmos battery.if the battery is defective your bios wont save any changes,ie date and time and you will have boot problems.


good thing is that i havent paid yet
 


i think i found the problem the first boot device priority should be the sata hdd right but in the bios it is a removable device
is ti the problem here . should i change the sata hdd to first priority boot device
