Question System stuck on vga led after using asus ai suite ai tuner.

I have been having stability issues on my pc for months now. The main issue was fps spikes from 60 to 10 constantly in BO6 and fortnight. Today I tried the auto tuning in the asus ai suite and now my pc will not boot. I've tried clearing cmos and bios flash back. Everything powers up and the gpu fan is spinning with leds on. I'm literally out of ideas. I thought it was a windows 11 issue and would have random reboots without bsod. I also recently disabled c state in bio and that fixed the random reboots. I also tried putting the gpu in the second slot and removing the ssd and returned the gpu to slot 1.

Mobo asus X570-F

Ram gskill ddr4 3600hz 2x8

Gpu pny rtx 3060 12gb

Psu rosewill 500w platinum 80 plus

Ssd wd sn770 1tb

Update
I swapped the cpu with a 4600 6 core my brother had laying around and system booted into windows so I guess cpu was cooked.

Psa don't use ai overclockers lol
