System suddenly hangs and then restart itself

Hello,
My PC suddenly hangs and then restarts itself & i am unable to figure it out that why it is happened since i bought it 1 & half year ago ithink...so please give me some hint....

My PC's configuration:-

Mothrboard = Intel DH55TC
Processor = Intel i3(1st Gen)
RAM = Kingston 1066 ddr3 (2GB*2)
PSU = Cooler Master(350watts)
HDD = 500GB(Seagate Barracuda)
DVD Writer = Samsung(Super Write Master)
Monitor = LG FLATRON W1943c
Keyboard & Mouse = iball shiny

Sounds like it is busy doing work in the background when that happens. You may have a cluttered system. Try running CCleaner and see if it helps. Do the Clean and Registry both. You may have to run it more than once if the system is extremely full of crap.

Then check your System Configuration/Start Up to see how many pgms are starting and if there are any you can eliminate.
