System suddenly shutting down

Recently I installed a new mobo Gigabyte B85M D3H- A and core i3 processor, with G skill 8 Gb dual ram. My system is smooth and perfect when on, but suddenly it shuts down and says that windows recovered from an error. and restarts. What is the problem? Give me some clarity in this. How to avoid this in future.
