system suddenly turn off and restart

hai friends can you help me
my system suddenly turned off with out blue screen.and restarting.in start up boot option also suddenly turned off and restarting its not microsoft problem.my power supply corsair vs550w.but i checked in another power supply its also turn off and restarting.i checked cpu stress..software its passed..intel diagnostic tool its pased.no heating issue checked in harware monitor..when ic heck in cpu stress 20 minutes the cpu heat maximum is 61c
so what was problem is it my motherboard fault.
my cpu i5 3450

Can you post a crash dump at all?
1st thing to do is run a repair install from your Windows 7 disk and see if the problem is solved or sfc/scannow from the CMD console in Windows.
If that doesn't fix it we'll look at possible hardware issues.

i think its not windows7 problem..when i checking in bios setting at that time also its power off.so windows 7 with out opening its turning off ,so it not windows problem.is it?

100% verfication completed windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations
