system temperature 90D

it's happen when playing games about 5 or 10min suddenly notebook shutdown itself and when start it system temperature 90D showing up .

in case i've disassembled my notebook and applied new thermal paste on CPU-GPU . also cleaned all the dust on vents and fan .

i've tried another solution like resetting BIOS by removing RTC battery for 3min and put it back but nothing happened . the error message still showing up .
