System Temperature

Hello i built my computer several months back; here are the specs


mobo gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2
crucial rams 2x2 1333 ddr3
APEX tx381 case
Antec earthwatt 380w psu
seagate barracuda 7200rpm 500gb & 400gb
amd phenom x4 840

i wanted to make my computer quieter so i turned both of my fans down to 50% by rewiring the fan wires to the molex
ive got a 90mm in the back and a 120mm in the front

and now on Everest
my temp readings are as follows

Motherboard: 39
CPU: 33
Core1: 24
Core2: 24
Core3: 24
Core4: 24
(in celcius)

Cpu Fan @ 1600RPM

i was wondering if there were ok temperatures? i was measuring these as i was just streaming some videos at 720p+
do i need to add fans or turn the fans back onto higher rpm
i don't think i do anything crazy, i mostly watch videos and just do schoolwork on it

these temps are within safe tolerances so i wouldnt worry. just keep an eye on them. usually your system will let you know if it is overheating - bsod, shutdowns, freezing etc.
