Can you upload a screenshot of your disk management to imgur.com and post link here? Are there any partitions added to drive C?

In both dumps xvdd.sys driver comes up. Installing Game Pass (to enable user to play Xbox One games on PC?) adds a new Gaming Service app (Microsoft.GamingServices) which installs two drivers xvdd.sys which XVD Disk Driver (MS Gaming Filesystem Driver) gameflt.sys which is Gaming Filter (MS Gaming Install Filter Driver).

Replie from Microsoft :
Both your minidump files indicate is is a virtual driver associated to Avira Anti-virus that is casing the crashes.

Temporarily uninstall that anti-virus and wait to see if your system is stable.

If you wish to continue using that anti-virus, download the latest version they provide on their website.

I try it and now i can dowload xbox app games. Wait & see....

The Avira code doesn't play nicely with these?

Maybe updating the Xbox/Game Pass app and so on would resolve the issue?
