System thread exception not handled can't reset my laptop

i have l my laptop installed windows 10 ugradefrom windows
now my laptop too many problem like bsod Kernel check error
i want to reset my laptop to the frst setting but when laptop restart and goint to prepare to reset my laptop but SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED appear

please help me to fix yhis thank you

Can you please pass on the make and model of your laptop? Your post is not entirely understandable as the previous OS isn't stated. If you can boot into Safe Mode then try and perform a sfc / scannow.

You will require a bootable USB installer to get into Safe Mode though.
