SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED | STOPPED WORKING : Ntfs.sys

I was gaming on my pc when suddenly the monitor went off. I forced restart my pc and now it just loops onto the mobo logo screen. After trying to open Windows 10 RE it says 'Your pc ran into a problem' "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" "What stopped working : Ntfs.sys".

I can't even boot my pc to safe mode.

It would be really nice if anyone could help

HDD 1- 1TB Wd something
HDD2 - 2TB segate barracuda
GPU - GTX 1060 3gb

Thank you for replying but I can't. It loops back and forward in the mobo name screen thingy. I can't even boot it to safe mode cause the RE ain't starting too.

Boot from windows installation media and run chkdsk on your drive.

Remove all hard drives and see if it boots into Windows install media.
