system thread exception not handled

Hey there, I recently had a probably with windows 10. I was doing some personal stuff on my computer then all of a sudden a blue screen popped up saying THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. If there's any way anyone can help that would be appreciated.

The error looked something like this

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it

error is a windows error, its unlikely resetting cmos will help unless you been playing in the bios

Took a quick peek.
It seems that your wifi card had an issue, and collided with another task. Unless this has happened multiple times before, I don't think you should see it again.

If you want, you can reinstall those drivers..

the file is a piece of Broadcomm wireless network drivers.

he has latest Broadcomm drivers already. he currently reinstalling win 10 due to other potential problems on PC. Wait and see if it returns.
