Question System thread exception not handled

Hey recently i resetted my laptop, and now it keeps looping with a BSOD System thread exception not handled. It cant even boot up or go to bios because i dont have a Adminstrator account
Any fixes?

There i no admin account, so i cant go to cmd
I resat it because it felt slow
