System turns on but no display

I thinks its my graphics card. I reseeded everything. Cpu. Ram my m.2 drive the power supply cables my ssd hdd. My monitor turns on but says no display. I don’t think it my mb because i don’t get any dbug lights from my motherboard.I don’t know what to do. My friend is going to bring his gpu over tomorrow so see if it’s that. I tried different cable and even my tv. Nothing. It was working completely fine earlier my system spec are as follow. Msi b350 pc mate. Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.8ghz 1.3 v. Corsair vengeance lpx @ 3000mhz. Samsung 960 Evo is my boot drive. Evga gtx 1070 sc on the latest nvidia driver the battle field 5 beta one.

If the Monitor does say "no signal" then there is no output from that GPU at all, like it is not even there.
The GPU is probably dead :/
